Architect Aravind procured his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from UVCE (University Visvesvaraya college of Engineering), Bangalore.
Work experience: Architect Aravind has worked with National and International Architectural firms and Real Estate Agencies at different work positions, which gave him work exposure of Design development in the area of concepts development and drawings preparation as per international standards and site knowledge of various kind of construction activities.
His participation in different academicals has made him man of multiple dimensions. His project for Mr. Rajashekara Hiremath, A scientist & proprietor M/s Flexitron, Bangalore. has secured THE PRESIDENT AWARD, Government of India.

Anshu is pursuing architecture, following the footsteps of his mentor, Architect Aravind and wants to explore the field in a broad spectrum.
He is interested to design and build sustainable buildings which not only are cost-effective and durable but also the design which are aesthetically appealing to the new evolving generation of people who know what they deserve.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT :

After approvals and acceptance of Design concepts from our client, we develop

  • Integration of Allied engineering
  • Finalization of selected materials
  • Budget allocations
  • Design detailing analysis
  • Standard set of drawings which can be easily read by the Engineers on site
  • Drawings with all the required details in standard formats
  • Preparation of drawings to international standards
  • Set of drawings from our Office will carry minimum of 50 drawings for a standard residential plan
  • We provide full set of drawings before any work starts on site
  • Our drawings come with:
    1. Set of drawings
    2. BOQ-Bill of quantities
    3. Specification of materials
    4. Cost of materials and availability
    5. Labor charges
    6. Information on applicable taxes
  • Having a complete set of drawings gives the client full control over manpower requirements, provides accurate information on material quantities and time needed for each task, and helps ensure the project is completed as per the scheduled plan while maintaining financial control.
